The culinary institute locates at the intersection between Olympic Blvd. and Main St, Angeles, The analysis of the site takes the idea of figure within a figure and reflect back to the city. By mapping out the void space that produced by the perimeter of the surrounding building, a new figure is born. The project now adds on a new layer and become a figure nest inside a figure with in a figure of void.

The operation works as research laboratory for exploring programming as a means of generating organizational models and conceptual narratives for architecture. the understanding of how what we do see and determine as architects affects what we done't see or son't determine as architect and vice versa.
