The control points are introduced through circulation, landscape and program. In terms of program, staff’s apartment is always occupied and sandwiches in between resident’s floor level so no hierarchy is established. Circulation wise, open landscape holds no physical restriction to travel from building to building, yet the main driveway in the residential parcel only have two major entry and exit point.
